How well does my blog load - and GIVEAWAYS!

Hi all, I've started the marketing for my book that will release this summer and I want to clean up my blog before doing that. I have a few specific questions I'd LOVE you to answer for me:

1. How LONG does it take for my page to load, and if it gets stuck, where does that happen? Is it only the right column that sits blank forever, or is it something else? (You'll only be able to check this once, because then the site will be downloaded to your computer and more likely to reload quickly.)

2. How does it LOOK to you? Cluttered, artistic, whatever?

3. Does stuff work? Do links open for you, etc?

4. Do you like the content?

I agree with JJ... You can get lost enjoying the explore on this one. It loaded in under 5 seconds... the links work. And you choose some GREAT photography... all captivating.

I'm no expert, but I do know when something DOESN'T work, and I sure don't see that here.

The layout looks great, not too busy yet enough to keep you looking for more.

I'm on cable and it loaded very fast, no lag time at all.

It loads up in just a couple of seconds and first impression is that it looks great. Very easy on the eyeballs.

Wow, Kelly, I love the opening picture of the sea and the girl taking the picture. It's full of life and it makes me feel happy.

You have a lot of great stuff on your site. It feels very professional. I especially like the kid travel section because I love exploring new things. I think it's important to share travel experiences with kids.

Your style makes me feel like you really are an expert at making kids and adults work together towards empowerment.
