Oooooo! It went dark all of a sudden... the sun disappeared (like you could tell down here in Oklafloodinghoma)... the earth shook... and now we're surrounded by soft blue-gray flickering hues and flat screen TVs....
Where are we, Haggis? I'm skeert!

Looks perfect to me. Go for it.
you know, i was thinking,....
all this photoshopping, etc just seems like a lot of work.
we should just tend to more important things and leave everything as is -
the path of least resistance is often the right path despite the bum rap it receives.

You know, you're right, cray. Spot on, as it were. Except, of course, that the work is already done. And it would be such a shame to waste it. Surely you can appreciate that.

I'm torn.
Cray obviously loves his new look and it is appropriate for the current forum; it really is a special fx.
Haggis, however, would like to see a devilish plot twist take shape; causing cray to experience some TV drama style angst.
Hmmm.

Whoot! Hang on guys! Just caught up with you. You didn't mean to ditch me around the the Cabaret did you? I didn't think so. Aren't you glad I caught up? Hey what's this? Who brought snacks? Can I have one? Oops. I took two, but I know y'all don't mind. Hey, let's sing 99 bottles of beer on the wall. Look! A shiny penny! Gee thanks! Ima get the kind with kibble in the cone and then I'm gonna run around block a few times cause I saw this really cool frog and if I find him I'm gonna put him in Cray's bed cause he squeals like a girl and it's really funny. Did anyone see where I put my flip flops and why do I only have one sock, even though I guess I don't need it with my flip flops which I totally left around here somewhere and OOOOOH GOTTA GO THAT'S THE ICECREAM TRUCK!

Look at the big picture. Regular battery, small battery, large battery, golden lab. Protag is driven crazy. Does some unmentionable things to nOObs, etc. I'm seeing a weekly series, each week a different challenge--a different avatar to overcome. And the best thing is that it's all free. You can do it with a flip of your magic button. The key here is profit. It's all on the plus side, baby. Cheaper to produce, and more profitable than a reality show. :D

What're we watchin' today? Movies or TV? I don't like soap operas or game shows. How about something with Gerard Butler?! I loves me some Gerard Butler. Or Russell Crowe. 300 or Gladiator would be neato!

Hmmm.
*now is the time to pitch your TV show ideas, based on the protagonist/antagonist themes above*
Ah, but what style of TV drama?
Procedural: Haggis, donning his best Lennie Brisco sarcasm, investigates the super-sizing of cray's avatar. In dutiful procedural fashion, the perp isn't OFG, as we all suspected, but rather KTC, an acronym of such renown no one could have fingered him as the mad avatar-super-sizing criminal. Haggis, tossing off another sarcastic retort, turns KTC over to Soccer Mom the Great for prosecution. All events inspired by a true story, of course.
Medical soap opera: The super-sized avatar is merely a symptom masking a larger, more serious problem. cray's innocent vision to Dr. Haggis von House reveals his avatar is a side effect of Cabaret-itis, and the snarky but brilliant Haggis von House is his only hope. Complicating the diagnosis is Haggis von House's crack fellowship team: robeiae, Unique and TrainofThought. Supervising their hijinks (and harboring a secret crush on Haggis von House) is Chief of Staff Rolling Thunder, and Haggis's best friend and cancer specialist Huggis.
Who's got breakfast? I'm tired of popcorn...
For some odd reason, this made me think of Revenge of the Nerds. Popcorn of cereal, beer for milk....
I'm gonna wait for the movie. In the meantime, die thread.

Oh, funny but true story. One time my sister was trying to get oil stains out of her husband's shirt. Mom told her to put a can of Coke in the wash with it. She said, "The whole can or do I have to open it first?"
(Yes, sadly, she's a blonde.)

Hey, wait a minute. Kevin's driving and it looks like he's drinking too. And I don't want to sit near that hoser. I demand a different seat.

Ok, why is it that I had two days off from work and felt fine, then today, the day I come back, I wake up with a sore throat. That's not good for someone who talks for a living. One day, I want to find that Murphy dude and punch him in the face.

Enjoy it while you can... when we get home, it'll go back down again. :) We thought the Thread needed a vacation from dying, so we loaded up the bus and took it on a Road Trip.

Oh, funny but true story. One time my sister was trying to get oil stains out of her husband's shirt. Mom told her to put a can of Coke in the wash with it. She said, "The whole can or do I have to open it first?"
(Yes, sadly, she's a blonde.)

Actually I'm busy with this:http://www.haifamuseums.org.il/Museum/Templates/showpage.asp?DBID=1&LNGID=1&TMID=84&FID=551&PID=878. We can stop by Mass MoCA and visit my publisher in the same complex, so the whole trip is a business expense, right?

I seldom change my av willingly. This one is no exception. A certain surly supermod did that on his own for no discernible reason.
