Has anyone taken the Writer's Digest Workshop called "The Advanced Novel Writer's Workshop"? I'd appreciate any feedback from people who are familiar with the class. Is it worth the money? Any suggestions on a favorite instructor? Thanks!

How much does it cost?

You can learn it all here for FREE on the "Learn Writing with Uncle Jim (http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6710)" Thread.

I've sold more than 20 novels and learned about the craft for free by reading the public library and cruising its 808 section.

Oh-- and WELCOME to AW! http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/images/icons/icon10.gif :welcome:

I agree. I did not take that particular WD workshop but I did go through a correspondence course with them before I learned about AW. I would have been better off making use of this site. I've learned a lot more here than I ever did during that course.
