Any Silicon Valley Pre-NaNoWriMo and Post-NaNoWriMo Parties???

Hi all,

Just thought I'd start a thread. Does anyone know of any Pre-NaNoWriMo and Post-NaNoWriMo parties or get togethers in the Silicon Valley Area???

As for San Jose/Santa Clara Area

We have a writer's group that meets everything Tuesday (except the first Tuesday) of every month. But that is just the group and not necessarily 'NaNo' specific.

There are parties & get togethers through NaNo, but I've never been to one. I think they do the kick-off writing session at Denny's.
