A very basic legal question

If I write a treatment for a script after I register and copyright a first draft of said script, does the WGA number apply to the treatment or do I need to re-register the treatment?
Bonus: should I print the number on the treatment cover page, if paper handouts are requested?

The same number will not apply, but there's no major reason to register the treatment as well, unless it will ease your mind.

Leave all registration and copyright notices off your work.
