aceinc1, are you sure that wishing marriage on spinsters and bachelors is good? Why does spinster have a negative connotation, while a bachelor is looked at as an intriguing individual?

Have a great New Year everyone!

So far, this new year has been wonderful. I even remembered to take into account that we had an extra leap second last night in the count-down, so I was perfectly on time. (Unlike those people who still think every minute has only 60 seconds)

Then when I got up this morning, my father called and reminded me that because of we are in daylight savings, the new year should REALLY start at 1am for us.

So I was precise about the second, but out by an hour.

Ah well ..... probably an omen for the year.
