I went to "script" , "format options" , and clicked on "show number on first page" but it just doesn't want to put a number 1. I get numbers for all other pages though.
Has anyone had this problem? Any advice?
I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

I like Celtx but I haven't used it much since I'm so used to just formatting a Word .doc and using that instead. But maybe Celtx is doing that because the first page is usually the title/cover page? Just a guess.

No, when I put it in typeset a separate title page appears.

I dunno the answer, but no page # on the first page is standard, I thought. Maybe you have good reason for wanting to include it, I'm not arguing with that. But if it isn't there, no big deal. FADE IN: is a big clue it's the first page.
