Since Eugie Foster and J M McDermott are both going to be at the same convention, Interstitial folk in the Atlanta-area might want to come to Alpharetta.
Mods, sorry in advance, as I will be posting this info in a couple different forums. Just want to make sure the word spreads to the folks who might want to see it.
Outlantacon (www.outlantacon.org) will be happening on May 1-3, and it looks to be a good time. Looking over the guest list, we got at least two authors whose work skews interstitial, and it might be an excellent chance to corner us at a smaller convention, beat us to a pulp, steal our DNA and create your own spliced DNA serum to cure imagination deficiency.
Don't worry if you're not GLBT. Neither am I. I still think the event's going to be lots of fun, and I'm looking forward to it!
If enough AW-people will be in attendance, we might even plan some kind of event with drinking and food at some sort of nearby restaurant or bar.
