Has anyone heard anything about whether the subscription feature for Examiner columns is working yet or not? I noticed that despite having subscribed to several columns, I never receive emails when a new column is posted.
Then I saw this note today on the bottom of the Twilight Examiner's (http://www.examiner.com/x-4908-Twilight-Examiner%7Ey2009m4d14-Why-Breaking-Dawn-should-be-made-with-Rob-Pattinson-Kristen-Stewart-Taylor-Lautner-of-course)column, saying: "The Examiner.com subscription portal is down. If you are registered for subscriptions, but are not receiving them, or if you are un-registered, e-mail thetwilightexaminer@gmail.com (http://javascript%3Cb%3E%3C/b%3E:location.href=%27mailto:%27+String.fromCharCo de%28116,104,101,116,119,105,108,105,103,104,116,1 01,120,97,109,105,110,101,114,64,103,109,97,105,10 8,46,99,111,109%29+%27?subject=Subscription%27) to receive new article updates by e-mail until technical issues are resolved!"
So is everyone's subscription feature not working? I didn't see anything about it in the latest newsletter, but they mentioned several other bugs they were working on. I'm thinking of writing to my channel manager about it, but only if it's something they don't seem to be aware of.
But it bothers me that this feature isn't working, especially since I've been encouraging readers to subscribe to my column. Is anyone else having issues with their subscriptions?
