Everybody has a different opinion of what great is and how you get there.
One mans trash is another man's treasure.

I think A Knights Tale is a great movie because I can watch it over and over and over, and over again.
It's fun. It has cool music. Heath Ledger is really cute.
It has gorgeous horses. It's a nice happy little story.
The film didn't take itself too seriously yet it's not corny.
There were a varity of characters, each with quirks that made
me watch them intently to see what they would do next.

I think a great movie is one that makes you think, changes you in some way.
Great movies have solid themes that anyone, anywhere can identify and understand. When you watch them they totally suck you in and the time just flies. You get totally carried away by them and there isn't any room for picking it apart or finding fault.
For however long you are just captivated.

A great movie has story, it has stunning visuals, it has powerful acting, it has moving music, everything flows together like magic.
