Resume for Submission

Could anyone tell me how to structure a resume for a production company?

I recently sent a screenplay to a production company and they have requested I send them a resume along with any production credits I have. I am not sure what they are looking for in a resume. Are they looking for a list of what I have written and when? I assume they don't care about my current and past employment since I have no writing job history.

Any suggestions of what they are looking for would be appreciated.

Production resume:

(Project title) dates worked, position.

I don't know why they'd want this for a writer.

Thanks for the help. I made a simple list of what I have written, when and what the status is. I used a standard resume template.
