Great idea! Registration! Help with queries! Man, you gotta slow down. You can't send out queries for screenplays you haven't written. What if by some ten-thousand-to-one chance you receive a request? You can't send out a screenplay that doesn't exist! Which is hardly going to endear you to people in the industry.
There are info sources all over the internet, logline samples, synopsis samples, query letter samples -- Google "screenplay query letter sample" to name but one combination of words that will get you results.

I agree with Dpat you are getting way ahead of yourself.
You will not be ready to query even when your script is finished. You will need to rewrite it. Your 2nd draft will not be good enough to query, nor your third.
Chances are your 2nd completed and rewritten script won't be good enough to query either.
