How do you write a dream in a screenplay?

I'm stuck. I don't know how to write a dream or flashback in a screenplay. If you could share the best way to do it I'd be grateful. Thanks.

I just treat it as a new scene but indicate after the scene heading that it's a dream or flashback then, after the dream/flashback, indicate you're returning back to reality.

Same with flashbacks.
