Just curious: If you're currently writing different scripts, but you don't know how to get started... what is happening, exactly?

That doesn't sound like you're writing or even co-writing but just looking for a script. You don't even have an idea other than a small town setting?

Perhaps you'll have some better luck if you talk about your strengths as a writer (I.E. what you can bring to the co-writership) what you're looking for in a writer, why you think and want a co-writer, what background you have as a writer and such.

Maybe, instead of making people tease the idea out of you, you should ask for advice on how to write a script. There's plenty of good info here, if you'll take the time to look around and read it.
People will give you a helping hand, but they're not so keen just to guess what's in your head and then do all your work for you.
So far, it's hard to tell whether you're kidding or not. At this point, you'll have to convince people that you're serious, and that you're not just playing them.

Maybe my first post was too vague as you didn't respond so I'll instead tell you how to get started.
Start by writing out a one sentence of what your story is about.
Then write a paragraph, get it written down and firm. If you're an outliner, I'd suggest the snowflake method. (A recent method I experimented with myself and am happy with.) http://www.advancedfictionwriting.com/art/snowflake.php (Yes, it applies to script writing.)
If you are not an outliner and have no idea how to write a script, go to the sticky at the top of this forum, there are plenty of links to free online professional scripts. Start reading and studying. If you've already done that and know the formatting. Write.

And get going. If you have never ever written a script the last thing you want is a co-writer. Why? Because you have absolutely nothing to offer. You haven't even gotten your toes wet. After that, dive in. Once you get it written, there's a section of this forum that's lower on the list called SHARE YOUR WORK. Post in 5-10 pages and you'll have ready and willing members of the site ripping it apart and helping it get better. (That's a good thing.)

sounds like you want someone to write a script for you from your idea. That is not a co writer

Does she have several admissions to an adolescent psychiatric inpatient unit where she does a bit of slashing up in an attempt to make everything, all about her?
