I know there are hundreds (or more) of people out there after your $$$ (coverage hounds etc.).
Is there a list, book, website, anything (besides WGA) that list legit. Agents, Production Companies, etc. In short, places to send your specs.

The best resources without question are the directories put out by the Hollywood Creative Directory (HCD). They have several editions - the HCD lists studios, producers, networks, etc. The Hollywood Representation Directory lists agents and managers. These books are the number one resource for people in the business - go to any agency, production company, etc. and you'll see it on the shelf. They are updated and published annually and the companies listed provide and update the contact information so it's very reliable.

These directories are not free - they cost about $65 a piece. There's also an online directory - I don't know what the fee is for that - but my guess is it ain't cheap.

InkTip.com (http://www.inktip.com/) continues to have success with its members being discovered by producers looking for scripts online, and/or you can subscribe to the weekly "scripts wanted" preferred newsletter.
ScriptPIMP (http://www.scriptpimp.com/) offers the option to email agents, managers & producers directly after searching for specific criteria.
