Publishers for Medical Thriller Novels

Out of curiosity, does anyone know which publishers are likely to print an author's medical thriller novel and which ones MIGHT, but don't usualy unless it's really good? I know I can look at medical thriller books and the publisher logos on them, but I want to know my choices from someone in the book business.

This is very early for me to ask, but I thought I'd ask anyway. :)

Hi, Wannabe -- I'm afraid I don't have good news for you:

NO publisher is going to print any novel unless it's really good, no matter if the novel's genre is withinits standard categories (or not).

What I trying to say is -- focus on making your thriller REALLY GOOD. Don't accept less from yourself, because no publisher is going to accept less, either.

Not to worry. I'm planning to aim really high anyway. I'll worry first about quality and then finding someone who'll accept it. :)
