How much do Papyrus pay for subs? Anyone know? Anyone sold subs to them? :D

hey, redflame, here's a link to their writer's guidelines. They say payment is determined when a sale is made. I never sold to them, though, unfortunately. The others might have...

Back in the days of typewriters, I believe this wouldn't have deterred me. But now--I have not a clue how to do this (from their writer's guidelines site): "Please type all copy. Submit your copy on 3" x 5" index cards, one idea per card. Include your name, address and phone number on the back of each card."

I have several greeting card ideas. How would I do this on Microsoft Word? Or would I use greeting card software on a blank template?

Hey, stormie, I just use a typewriter to type the 3x5 cards, but haven't sent snail mail greetings in a long time. email is so much easier. :)

Stormie, I type my contact details in word processing, using columns or not. Print the page and cut out my details. I also cut out my verse from a Word printout. Then I paste the contact details on the back of the card and the verse on the front.

Hope this helps! :hi:

Susie--I haven't seen a typewriter at my MIL's in awhile (she was always using it, up 'til about 5 years ago). She probably threw it out.

redflame--good idea. Instead of virtual cut and paste, do the real thing.

Thanks guys! :)

Yeah, stormie, typewriters have gone away with the past, huh. Wish they were back... :)
