I've been asked to provide one to "d-guy" (headhunter) hired by some studio analysts and am not totally sure what it is. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

I like that idea of POP, pitch on paper. Cut to the chase and leave out the kissing up.

I hear Joe Calabrese is pretty sharp with things like this. I was wondering if he or somebody else had an example to post.
