avatars?

i've noticed members having their own custom avatars. i'm wondering how to do that, or where. when i joined, i was given a list to choose from. am i missing something? is there a place in the forums i've missed. how do i use an avatar of my choice other than the selection i saw when joining?

Now that you have 50 posts, you can go to your User CP and load a custom avatar from your computer.
