To find an artist...?

I guess I'm hallucinating now, or was before.

I swear I saw something either on this board or through the AW comics advice section that gave links to websites to where a guy who can't draw to save his life but (thinks he) has some great ideas for a graphic novel and/or comic book series can try to find an aspiring illustrator who has no desire or ability to write their own stories. Now I've searched high, low and in between & can no longer find it. Has the link that I thought I could see become a Tootsie Roll to me?*

*5 bonus points for anyone who can recite the original jingle.

www.digitalwebbing.com (http://www.digitalwebbing.com) It's very widely visited. You can post ads in the Talent Search section or search on the forums. Also, occasionally, artists post searching for writers, so take a look for that too.

A lot of artist also hang out at www.penciljack.com (http://www.penciljack.com). I've never recruited there, though.
