View Full Version : Cover Blurb(s) Needed.....ASAP

My book of short stories is about to be published. Right now the cover artist is holding final production for a few possible cover blurbs.

The stories all have Jewish themes and range in time over the past 200 years.

I need blurbs from published authors or scholars whose names would mean something to my potential readers......

Anyone out there??

Most published authors or scholars aren't going to offer blurbs for books they haven't read. We usually start pitching endorsements about 6 months before the book is published. That said, why don't you look locally and see if you can find authors/historians/experts in the field who'd be willing to take a look and potentially quote?

Meet writers, go to booksignings and get to know writers in the same genre. I have two writers that have promised me blurbs, and I haven't even gotten an agent yet.
