What does someone mean by "quick and dirty sell sheets"? Also, what is a good way to learn about writing sell sheets? Can anyone recommend any good online sites? Thanks.

I think different people use the term "sell sheet" in different ways. I've had clients send me what they called sell sheets, and they read almost like a brochure, but with bulleted points for product specs. I've received others that were purely specs or capabilities/highlights of the product (e.g. software).

Probably like in any other industry, the person you're quoting is using a term they do internally, meaning whatever they want it to mean.
