Thanks Good Word, for making this a sticky. Now everyone needs to start adding resources. I'll add to mine in a bit, when I have more time.

First, I fell in love with creative nonfiction when I started teaching creative writing 5 yeas ago. I did not know such a thing existed, at least not in hat form under the guise of no fiction.
I researched CNF before teaching it and every year I find something new. If you're just getting started I recommend Dinty Moore's book "The Truth of the Matter" http://www.dintywmoore.com/truth.htm
You may also want look for works by the godfather of CNF, Lee Gutkind. Additionally, creativenonfiction.org has tons of great resources as well as their incredible magazine and sister publication: Brevity.
I'm willing to offer any advice or talk shop just drop me a line.
Keep writing!
