Mail order brides

My wife is looking for some good books (fiction and non) on mail order brides(or any thing like that) in the american west. This is not really my avenue of intrest, can anybody help?

"Sarah, Plain And Tall"....it's both a book and a movie. There are also two more - "Skylark" and "Winter's End".

These deal with a mail order bride - Sarah from Maine who comes to the Kansas prairies to marry a man she's not met.
