Runaway Bride Returns to News

According to the news (http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?id=2549567), "runaway bride" Jennifer Willbanks is suing her former fiance for defrauding her out of her share of the assets they shared together. She's suing him for $250,000 for the sale of the house they owned together. In addition, she's suing him for another $250,000, claiming that he abused the power of attorney she granted him. Personal property and shower gifts are also included in the lawsuit.

I guess she still has rights and is allowed to use them. He should get her shower gifts, though, for his new wife.
