Stoneweir or Greenweir...something -weir.

I have absolutely no idea why.

Hogwarts! ;)

... Sorry, it was that Potter nerd in me. Much as I try to keep her locked away, she keeps escaping...

I like Brandashire quite a bit. And Hogwarts as well, of course.

I found this website helpful when I was looking for names of towns and buildings. But I've always been the type of person who has to give a name with symbolic meaning.

Greenwaldburg

If you want to be true Germanic, it should be Grunwaldburg.

Hamptemshireberggreenwalgshum.

That's what I'd call it. Hamptem for short.

I like the Chateau le Belle one the best. Though I'd probably just go with 'Le Belle' overall.

It has something of a fairy tale quality to it, so it seems to work for me.

I didn't. Wanted to give it an English twist. Grünwaldburg probably already exists. :D

Wow!! What wonderful names!!! This is going to be tough!! The castle is in Spain and I found it on http://www.fotosearch.com/

They have incredible pictures. I actually have about four pictures of the castle that I'm incorporating into my novel. Thanks to all for your great ideas!!!

I think the name is already on the picture: Castle Copyright.

Sorry, Penn, but showing a picture isn't breaking any copyright laws. I"m still ok. If I used it to make money and claimed it was mine, then yes, i'd be breaking copyright laws.

Thanks to all of you and your wonderful ideas!!!
