Recently the Powers That Be added a Mystery section here. So far, it's just a handful of people with little to talk about, but perhaps as more people discover it, things will become more lively.

In times past I've looked for online groups devoted to mystery or suspense, but I've never found one that actually included serious writers. I haven't checked lately, but for what it's worth, I was searching through MSN groups and Yahoo! groups, to no avail.

type in 'mystery writers forums' [or boards] and you'll get enough to keep you busy for days, just to find the ones you like well enough to join!

if you go to zott.com and click Mystery Writer's Forum, you'll find a great bunch of people who are serious about writing. I've learned much from them. They are very serious, not clique-ish, and seem to be interested in one thing only: writing mysteries. Good luck.
