What? Blog Reviews?

I've been here two years and I didn't know this thing existed. When I started at AW, I was unpublished and clueless. With the help of this board and others, I was able to snag a couple of publishers, so I started a blog for self-promotion. It's mostly fun, and an outlet for me.

Some AWers have already visited and commented, but I'd like to know what everyone thinks about the general look and content of the blog.

I love the graphics you use to keep your space interesting and pleasing to the eye. I'm envious of that. It's appealing to look at, which makes it a pleasure to read. And I got to see what you really look like!

The blog loads quickly and it is clear what it is about and where to find things. I think you avatar picture needs to be optimised and you gray banner is over an orange background. At 1280 wide it covers only the left half of the screen so the gray+orange could be prettier. I would suggest centreing it in a grey background.

The blog has a great layout--very nice header. I like the balance of photos and text. And, of course, the writing is good.
