Very nice shot, btw. Love the big sky and curved horizon and how your boy seems almost lost amid the expanse of his surroundings.
^ What he said... I love the stark simplicity of the landscape.

This is the hill (former landfill, former celery farm) at Celery Fields. That tiny little dot at the top? My 7-year-old son. He ran that hill four or five times. Oh, for the energy...
Uh, that came out really strange. Having trouble with Photobucket...

Ha! That osprey's What the hell are you looking at? gaze seems familiar.
And sometimes it comes across like this:
Heyjude, I was trying to figure out how to resize images in PB as well since they changed the format (which I hate)...
The new PB format. Do.Not.Want.Heyjude, I was trying to figure out how to resize images in PB as well since they changed the format (which I hate). It's looking like you can't do it anymore, which really, really sucks because now you have to resize the image in another program before you can upload it to PB, whereas before you had size options to choose from before uploading the image. Not liking it at all. Takes even more time to upload images than before. There is an option to go back to the previous version of PB, but it'll be a matter of time before that's taken away.

I have to say that this is probably my favorite shot of an osprey (and there have been many great shots in this thread). I think the ruffled look makes it seem more careworn than usual, yet more fierce for it.
Photoshopped, but my mom was right, this is the best Christmas photo ever!
Ah, I see Tidbit is ready for Christmas! I think you're spoiling that hornytoad a wee bit much, pd. Next you'll be putting tiny bows on the ants for him.
If Charlie is the mascot of this thread, I think Tidbit is the mini mascot.
I love it, Jude. It would have been easier for you if you'd had more protein in your diet.

PB shifted my account automatically. I just logged in and it was that way last week. I didn't get a choice. :/

I hear chihuahua is chock-full of protein!

heyjude, there is a way to resize in Photobucket:
In the menu bar, click 'Edit' and select a photo
A window should pop up with editing options on the bottom
Select 'Adjustment'
Another set of options pops up, select 'Resize'
Type in the size you want
Hope this helps! I don't like Photobucket's new format either, it's more complicated, but I suppose more versatile.
Very cute, PD...
