I'm going to second the sentiment that the agent gave you a wealth of information ... which she did not have to do. She took time out of her schedule to give you this info, so she felt 1) you really needed to know, and (more importantly): 2) your writing was good enough to bother.
It doesn't mean you have to rewrite this one, but it is something to keep in mind as you write in the future. If you get this type of information from a second agent, then you should probably rewrite.
