Oh, believe you me...I know. Either I'm psychic or Kaiser-Kun has hit me by rep, PM and VM before and I've learned my lesson. ;)

Holy Fuk! I was scared for a moment. I thought I knew this girl.

It got worse.

...I thought she was my ex.

I'm not gonna lie, I'd be laughing at you pretty hard if that were the case.

I'd be blaming him for driving her batshit. He looks like the kinda guy who's to blame for some pretty serious mental disorders.

It's sitting on top of his head and appears to be asleep. I had a dog like that once. You could put him in a dress and sit him upright in a chair and he'd just fall asleep like that, however you positioned him. He was a pretty funny dog.

It's a beagle, AKA Lamest dog ever. It has no fangs, or claws, or anything to scare other people. But attitude.

Maybe it's a good idea to capture the comment outing the truth. If I'm wrong, mods, please delete this post.

Jennifer Elizabeth Edlund

Her "Grand Central" book is actually GUNNING DOWN ROMANCE-- "published" by PublishAmerica.

http://www.publishamerica.net/product89020.html

And I totally feel bad for her. On fer Facebook page, she claimed a 15,000 copy print run. PublishAmerica probably took her for a fortune in editing fees, etc. And then when they finally sent her copies to review, she sees that it's riddled with errors etc. Which probably explains why now it's drastically marked down from $27.95 to $4.99

The novel that she's currently querying is BLACK FLOWERS

https://www.authonomy.com/ReadBook.aspx?bookid=19152&chapterid=187321#chapter

I've only scanned it, but what I saw was not bad. Maybe undistinguished. But if the story moves, it might be good genre fiction.

Still, I feel bad for her. She probably was taken in by the PublishAmerica people, thinking it was a reputable publishing company like, say Hachette/Grand Central.

And gosh, now she realizes that the query letters she's been sending out with PublishAmerica credit might be one of the things that are driving agents away from her. Yes, maybe she's guilty of not doing due diligence, but Ain't America a wonderful place?

Here's hoping her luck turns.

Gee. It took me about 5 seconds to look her up on both Facebook and Twitter. Her email address for both accounts matches the one she posted in the comments section of one of her blog posts.

A blog like this, you think she would have tried a whole lot harder to be anonymous.
