Hm, Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin maybe? Kind of looks like one of the characters. Though the first shot doesn't ring a bell at all. But then, i've only checked out the first two or three episodes of that.
This should be pretty hard, though definitly possible.
Actually not the type of anime i usually watch at all. I guess the weirdness of the story made me curious enough what's going on to keep watching until the end.
