Hm, I don't think I've seen that one, but somehow I'm not entirely sure.

Yay! You got it. That was more than I knew.

Heh. Noir is one of my favourites, and that's one of my favourite episodes. A casual glance was all it took.

I'm off to work now. Expect my pic in about 12 hours (no idea what it's going to be yet).

I was thinking to post a more difficult picture, but they were so blurry and ugly. I wanted to post a beautiful picture. And I thought the cat would be a bit difficult because it was only in one episode.

It's a good choice. When it was my turn I was thinking of doing Noir, but I couldn't find anything good online. I would certainly have taken that pic. (Btw, in addition to loving Noir, I also love cats, so I was really kind of lucky, there.)

So, speaking of cats:

I do wonder if anyone's seen that.

You haven't seen anything until you've seen the scenes in motion.
A few more background shots:

I don't think this makes it too easy, i figure if you recognize the art style you'll only need one screenshot anyway. Characters tomorrow. ;)

Those are beautiful. The one you posted first is my favourite. I'm pretty sure I haven't seen it, though.

I'm... I... I've seen the first episode, actually. I now wonder why I didn't watch more. (I remember very little, but isn't it also of special interest for writers, as it's - at least - in part about writing? Or something?)

Hm, a little maybe. I think it's mostly interesting because of the animation. Not just because the pictures are beautiful, but mostly because it actually utilizes the medium. Most animated movies/series are just like regular ones, only with drawn/rendered scenes. The creators of Ef treat every scene like a a painting, with no need to stick to what could be filmed with normal actors. I really recommend this one, even if only to be amazed by the visuals.
The awesome soundtrack helps too, of course.
