It's Durarara!! Those are pretty hard screenshots though.

In my opinion, it's an excellent series. The long wait for it to be dubbed and released on DVD in the US is going to be agonizing for me.
I like a lot of the english voice actors also and just generally prefer hearing it in a language I know.

1. Once it's dubbed, the DVDs can be made and released in the US
2. Durarara is being dubbed by the same people who did Baccano! (another series by the author of Durarara). Baccano! is, hands down, the best dub I've ever seen. It's better than the Japanese version by far. I am confident that the Durarara dub will be of the same quality.

I guess I'm odd-one out. I can't stand dubs.
Ever since I saw Gojira, my first exposure to Japanese media; all those people saying things that don't match their lips confused me as a child.
I much prefer subs.
