Also, I basically live in my User CP when I'm on AW. Not only do you get reps, but you can subscribe to threads, and they'll pop up in there when there are new posts. You can also subscribe to forums, but that's not quite as handy (but it would be really annoying if all new threads in a forum popped up, lol), but it is nice if, say, after you check that there are no new posts in your subscribed threads or after you check your reps and you want to hop straight to that forum, there's the link. It comes in handy when you're a mod ;)

Then when you get new PMs or VMs, there'll be a note in your User CP too, which is good for me, because I turned off that PM pop up because it got on my nerves.

*raises hand sheepishly* Um, how do I subscribe to a thread here?
Right about the top post on this or any page, select "Thread tools" and then "Subscribe to thread." You can choose to get an e-mail notification too, but I wouldn't suggest it for this thread unless you're ready for a ton of e-mails ;)

@Moni - that's amazing! Keep it up!

Sad, but glad to be sacrificing some of my editing/revising time to getting ready for LO's first birthday party for friends - nothing fancy, but I do need to clean up the place... Let's see if he stays asleep.

Thank you! I'm now up to 5,948 so I'm chugging right along. It's getting a little slower...but that's only because I'm trying to figure out how I can incorporate some of my paranormal elements into this story since someone thought I was writing something YA Contemp. LOL

Awww.....LO's first bd party! That's awesome! Of course nothing fancy if he's having his first party....it's not like they would completely appreciate it right now anyway! LOL The first one is more for the parents than the little ones! LOL

Morning guys! I woke up early thanks to a huge coughing fit... I'm worried that'll happen on the train or during class but I can't miss my night class cuz it's once a week. He does post lectures online, but I'm worried I might need help with something. Oh well, there's free tutoring for psych statistics. Plus, my mom will get mad at me for missing a third day of school. Ughh I hate being sick :(

I get so jealous of your writing sprints cuz I hardly get a bunch done in one day lately! I did get 2400 yesterday, which is more than I originally planned to write, especially since I spent like 4 hours planning and discussing some stuff with a fellow twiftie about my novel.

My highest word count in a day was 14K but most of that was probably crappy words lol. I love it when I get at least 5K done in a day. That has yet to happen since school started this year. Not even in my winter break did I write that much in one day though! Love Square just demands being written slower lol

We have the Dayquil cough syrup. I wish I remembered if that actually helped lol. I think it did.

Haha like I said, it was crappy words. I think I even started rewriting that WIP from scratch again lol. Or actually, I think that was when some twifties told me it wouldn't work out - Call Me Robin Hood, the one an agent had requested before I'd even begun querying lol.

And I actually was shooting for 1800 lol. I think I said I needed to write 1K more to reach that or something.

But yeah, I'm doing hw now so I get it out of the way. Then I'll write. Trying to finish writing this by my birthday :D

14k? Goodness, that's some going! Did you have RSI afterwards and a major headache from looking at a computer screen all day?? (Did you even stop for food?) That's a phenomenal word count! :D
