Lentil soup in the slow cooker.
Lentils, as much as I love them, give me the worst gas in town.
But....It's you find it you eat it night!!!

Leg humpingly good hummus. (srsly, best you'll ever taste)
With pita, olives, cheese, pickles, and maybe meatballs.
The plain yellow labels remind me of plain brown wrappers on porn.I will have to try the leg-humpiness very soon. I've tried a couple different recipes. I'LL decide!
Off topic: Looks like somebody's been to Superstore.
I have an amazing bean dip in one of my tapas cookbooks. My husband literally starts drooling when I say I'm going to make it. Tapas is a big deal at our place. I spend all day cooking, and we have amazing leftovers for days.
This one has white beans, garlic, lemon, and olive oil. It is SOOOO amazing. Especially with crusty bread. And various other tapas, of course.

I need to add an update to that recipe about how long to run the food processor. Once you think it's done, and the texture you want, run it for at least another 30 seconds. It's a fine line, but just that little bit of too much texture makes a huge difference.
I love all small foods that can be eaten with fingers. I will be stopping by for dinner on tapas and bean dip night.
huh?? But it sounds so tasty! What went wrong?Lamb patties filled with feta cheese, home make tomato sauce and potatoes.
I'll never make it again. My oldest son said it best;
"Sometimes we need to be reminded of the bad things to truly appreciate the good things."

Post suggestions here please:Everything needs to involve mushrooms.
I'm guessing it's the fact that it was lamb. We usually don't eat lamb. The taste of the patties was... "off" and nothing I did could save it.
