Gah I'm at work and the guy that I really, really dislike just walked in. Seriously, if I told you half the drama that goes down at my school, it would be just unbelievable.

I'm sure not everything would. Some things - outright chaos among others, cannot be covered over. Let's hope he does not get there.

I had a roommate like that once. I moved out :). She was super spoiled and I was not. So, she'd always ask me to go do things with her. Simple stuff, but always things that cost money. Like, "Let's go get ice cream." So I'd tell her no. Then she'd say, "Just come, I'll buy it!" So...ok...she said she was buying. Well, little did I know she kept track of every single thing on a note in her nightstand. Then at the end of the semester she BILLED me. WTF? It was like $50 over time and she wanted it all.

She had her mom call my mom. Seriously? It was the most bizarre thing. Nothing she said ever indicated she was loaning me money (and had I known, I would have stuck with the "no" answer). Yeah.

I've since learned my lesson: if you can't afford it, don't do it. Period.

There was some major drama. I want to tell you, but I'm not so sure about posting it here, so I might just message it to you. Lol.

Also, I just helped some guy with a stapler and he called me his angel and his savior lol.

Psychopath...

I had a roommate sort of like that. Her father was from Columbia and filthy rich though what he did could not really be explained. That's all I needed to know. I moved out as soon as I could. She had no money sense. She got a speeding ticket once and wanted to go to court to argue it because her radar detector didn't detect the officer's radar gun so he couldn't have actually caught her speeding (even though she was by her own admission). Spoiled, entitled little princess.

My hubby went to court today and got our parking tickets reduced from 110 to 20 dollars. He, of course, wanted them all the way reduced, but I'll take 20 vs 110 every day.

They were for little things like "parking too close to an alley" "parking too close to a cross walk" dumb stuff like that.

Wow. That really sucks. The metermaid had time on her hands huh - that or the cops had to make their quota...

It's always the same officer. One time he ticketed it us for the same thing twice when we hadn't moved our car yet. Frustrating! You would think if you see one ticket still there you would realize that they hadn't moved their car yet especially when it's the same officers.

Like I said, maybe it is a 'quota' thing - not funny, but still laughs a little.

Haha. I used to be good at math. I suppose I could if I tried. I should practice before my kids start taking it and they become smarter than me :).

QUOTE]

Math gives me hives! Eww. (I'm so immature)

Hope everyone had a good day. I reworked the beginning of my chapter. I hope the changes are enough. Critted 4 beta chapters for a friend.

I'm depressed because Casey got voted off American Idol. Really America? So bummed.

I'm so late to the party, the party went to bed. Goodnight everyone. Sweet dreams. Maybe the sandman will send you an idea for the next great american novel. :)

Hi Paperback, good for you on the chapter. You go girl! Laughs.

As for American Idol I have not watched since 2008. It was the year my Gramma died, she actually died right before it started and TV wasn't important after that. Stopped watching LOST too. Not that I missed much, from the sounds of angry fans at the finale. Lol.

Besides, it is not the dame with Simon Cowel and Paula Abdul. Their love/hate relationship made the show. Chuckle.

Drive-by Hello!

My DH and I love AI, but I just haven't gotten into it this season. We are just so backed up on shows we watch these days, it's hard to choose. We DVR'd The Office and watched that. Steve Carrel's last episode :(.

I heard The Voice was awesome, but I haven't watched it yet. I'm sure we will at some point. We're kind of singing/music nerds in our family (my MIL is a retired choir teacher and hubs has been in one choir or another his whole life).

I'm taking the kiddies to the zoo today, so I'll be scarce until later. Just wanted to say good morning.

I love zoos pezie!

I don't really care for American Idol. I used to, but I think that I'm more into talent competitions like So You Think You Can Dance, but we don't have cable right now, just Netflix.

Morning all.

My Hubs likes The Voice...says he thinks Christina Aguilara is hot. LOL American Idol has lost me too. Ever since they kicked off Pia, I've been rather 'meh' about it. And I think I do miss Simon.
