The ones for Suns and Stars just alternate between Tristan and Dulcie. For my pop-punk Cinderella idea I want to use song lyrics that fit important scenes, if I ever write it, but I know there's issues concerning that sort of thing. I have no ideas what I'm going to do with regards to my other ideas.
How do you choose them? During the writing process? During the editing process? Or does it depend when you think of one?

Well, I try to have at least a placeholder title while I'm writing a chapter. But if I have an idea for a future chapter title I go in and add it to my outline.
Sometimes I'm not very happy with my placeholders. Chapter 3, for instance, is called The Star and the Angel, which will probably change as soon as I think of a better one.

Yeah still on my current WIP. Going to finally write a really cute fun scene involving my less scene characters... the adorable younger brothers of Max and Pip. Funny how i had this planned for like 4 years and now finally found a place to put it.

It's going pretty good here. I'm revising so my characters don't really have the option of acting up today.
