With all the problems everyone seems to have with it, I'd be surprised if there was no way to turn it off.
Besides, FP, you don't need autocorrect. You manage those extra special tmi moments all on your own.

So... I sent outa small round of q's today and it wasn't until I was about to send the final one that I realized I'd accidently typed a \ right into the freaking middle of my own email address and had been c & p'ing it like that pretty much the whole time.

You don't know what you're missing. There are very few experiences in life more exhilarating than realizing you've just accidently sexted your M-I-L because you typed com instead of come and your phone decided to change the "o" to a "u".
It has happened to the best of us.
If it were me, I'd go ahead and email a corrected q. At least it shows you're willing to own up to and fix your mistakes when you find them.
Oh, hell. After that I'd hack the phone if I had to in order to shut it off.

Morning peeps!!
Taking a snow day.
Because it snowed.
I have to drive my kids to school. They got a delay, so did the wife, but she can't drive them. Normally, they'd take the bus, but they have ski club today and they can't get on the bus with all that crap.
I'm not really happy that their even in ski club.
