I grew up in mt.pleasant in se Iowa, when I go back we make an effort to go to mt. Hamill tavern for the best chicken ever.

Amarie, my husband was just in Mt. Pleasant last weekend for the Threshers Reunion - saw some cool steam engines.

Thanks for the tip on the tavern - will def have to check that out!

Hi Chila,

I visited the website for Port Yonder Press, and found it quite interesting. I thought your explanation for the difference between a vanity press and what you do, print on demand, was helpful. I would never have thought to find a group of people like you in Iowa. This is broadening my horizons. I'm happy to meet you.
