You need to read the Publishing FAQs, especially this one.
You'll discover that Slushkiller is linked to all the time on AW; a quick check shows it's been linked to more than twenty times.
I did see it linked to in the "rejection gripe" forum. It seemed to me that if you're already griping about your rejections, you didn't read this article early enough.
