WriterWho, is she the kind of character that doesn't allow herself to be close to others? That would work if you needed her to be 'innocent'. Emotionally distanced, or closed off works too. Maybe she had to take care of everyone else, and didn't allow herself to indulge in a relationship before. Anyway...it's all I've got!

Thanks, Syn! I wish she was that way.

Kid 3's FMC is though. That's why it works for her character to be innocent while Kid 2's FMC is just emotionally immature, gaining the same outcome. Mine...not so much. I know I could tweak her a bit, but it just doesn't ring true. I don't know, I'll figure it all out. Probably while I'm writing it! That's how it tends to go for me.

I don't like steak unless it has a ton of A1 with it. *shrugs* Even a nicely seasoned steak tastes is too bland.

Now, give me some cheese fries any day. With ranch dipping sauce. Mmm.

I agree! On the rare occasions that I go to a steak restaurant, they always look at me like some sort of heathen when I ask for A1.

I admit that I probably am a bit of a heathen, but not for that reason. Steak has no taste unless you add A1.

I have a redheaded niece. She is 18 months old. As she gets older, I'll have to protect her from those perverts who like redheads.

When she was born, I loaned my brother a shotgun and told him he could keep it until she was safely married.

Which she can do when she turns 40. Or her father and I are dead. Whichever comes first.
