A publisher or agency using Google ads to solicit your novel probably isn't anyone you want to write for.

Sorn is on a distinguished road
lf reader for Sci-Fi Short-Story/Novella

Hello All

I am looking for a person or persons to read through my first attempt at fiction, a 28k word Sci-Fi/Military story. It's set in the 23rd century against the backdrop of a struggle between an emplaced Monarchy and emerging socialist movements.

Adult readers preferred as allusions to sex are made, though there aren't any heaving bosoms

I'm primarily interested in opinions on my characters and the overall readability of the story but would also like to know if there are any glaringly obvious conventions I'm failing to follow (paragraphs, tense, etc.)

I would be more than willing to read through other's projects in return. My own experience on writing is slim, but I have a fairly strong understanding of grammar and read quite a lot of published fiction.

Hi Sorn,

I'm not sure how much help I can be, am a novice writer myself, after spending some time on this site I would like to think I learned something. How about a trial run? PM me if you are interested. If you are, then send me your first 2500 words. When I'm done, I will send it back to you then you can see if what I offer is what you are looking for. (no pun intended.)
