Talking First attempt at Senbei

Ok, so I'm super excited today! Why?
Because I'm attempting my first batch of Senbei (Japanese rice cracker) today! I'm going to the grocery store after school to get all the ingredients I need. I'll post the recipe if all goes well.
Wish me luck!

Success!
It turned out great so here's the recipe.
Pre heat oven to 350. Combine 3/4 sweet rice flour, 1/3 cup cooked sushi rice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons canola oil in a food processer. Pulse until finely ground. With machine running, slowly add 4 tablespoons water. Transfer dough to a bowl and knead in desired seasonings. Thin the dough into small disks and bake until brown and crispy.
*NOTE cooking time will drastically vary depending on the size and thickness of the disks.

The glaze is simple, just mix soy sauce and honey and microwave it for 25 seconds. After that just spread it on the crackers, turn off the oven, and let them dry in it for about 5 minutes.

P.S. They are really friggin good!
