Reading recommendations

Howdy, all!

I'll be going to the library soon, and I wondered if anybody had any recommendations for me?

I'm looking for stories with werewolves/vampires/elementals...all I ever find at the library is books about dragons, or books about trolls, etc.

I like stories aimed for young adults, because I can relate to the characters better, but it doesn't matter too much - even if it's dark and depressing, and aimed for adults, I'd probably still enjoy it.

If you know of any that you can recommend, then thanks! ^_^

Wolf's Hour by Robert R. McCammon. One of my all-time favorites.

P.S. - try looking in the Horror section instead of SF/Fantasy if you want vampires instead of dragons.

I doubt you can still find it because it's likely out of print, but look for The Nightworld Series by L.J. Smith. The books are individually titled, so searching for the author will likely yield the best results.
