I'm anticipating a great game, actually. I hope good Rex shows up so it won't be lopsided. There's nothing better than a close Super Bowl, w/ lots of great plays. Adds to the tension and excitement.
Guacamole, I believe is its own food group. That's what I was raised believing. Plain Tortillas are required for dipping. Lime must be added to the Guac. All time favorite
I know Peyton is the better quarterback-I've never said otherwise. In my predictions, I've said I think Peyton will throw for 4 TDs. Good Rex can be a very good quarterback too. In order for the Bears to win though, ALL aspects of their team will need to be playing GOOD - offense, defense, special teams....Good Rex alone (if he shows up) will not be enough. I won't be surprised if the Colts win, BUT, if the Bears defense can find a way to shut down Peyton and all aspects of their team is playing GOOD, I don't see why the Bears can't win. Regardless of the outcome, I just hope it is a good game...(some have become real snooze-fests).
In addition, just curious, what have you made for snacks? I've already made creamy Guacamole, a hot pineapple/cheddar cheese side dish, and I'll be making an Italian Sausage-melted Velvetta-Salsa dip closer to the game. Some left over chicken-cornbread stuffing casserole reheated for dinner with a cold beer and I'm set. What's your favorite Super Bowl food?

No, if you read my earlier post, I predicted that Payton would throw 4 TD passes. I also predicted that Rex would only throw one. Of course, I also predicted that Jones would run one in, special teams would provide one, and the Bears Defense would also provide one. And just for fun, I added in a Gould FG. Do I want the Bears to win? Yes. Do I think the Colts will win? Yes, especially if 'bad' Rex shows up. Either way, it should be a good game (unless 'bad' Rex shows up - in that case....I think the Colts will win it 28-17 (Bears special team TD & FG, Bears D one TD)

The animals in the pet store operating the "mouse" was good. And I liked the one for the computer-locater thingy. Course, I always thought Ultraman had great special effects...Lame-assed commercials. Not a memorable one in the bunch.
