Hello,

I am new to this forum, and it looks exciting!

I write adventure, sci-fi, fantasy, paranormal, romance...yes, that's mainly my direction. Occasionally I stray into historical, but that happened only once so far, as a background to my contemporary story. I ended up cutting it out. It was the best part, but it had to go.

Well hope to see you all that come to say hi around the forums :)

Thank you guys...
Yes, I'm a genre addict, haha:) But I do like reading all kinds of directions, and I also read plenty of non-fiction.
Character development in a book is what draws me (and the hardest for me to do, I see the finished product. I also know how they developed to that stage, but getting it across in writing is tricky for me).
The problems they run into and create, and how they deal with them (seeking inspiration for my life? has happened, lol).
If the characters are well developed, then I can read genres that usually don't pull me at all. Like westerns.
