Hey ya'll. I found this board a while back and only just decided to join recently as my life is taking a turn for the better. 
I am self-employed and keep busy with an active almost 5-year-old, a just as active 44-year-old (who without I would never have tried my hand at freelancing), as well a bookkeeper for all of hubby's various businesses, as well as my own three jobs.
Besides freelancing, I also write novels, exclusively fantasy but ranging from high to dark and everything in between. I also edit for complete strangers which is much more fun than editing for friends.
I love the community of people here and decided it was time to stop just reading and to start participating - so here I am.
