I'm even more pathetic,

my sister is 3 1/2 years younger than me and isn't even allowed to date and she has been asked out more times than I can count (she doesn't even tell me about every time because it's so common to her- she has to swat guys away like flies I'm serious)
and the guys who she likes back become almost like a boyfriend to her in that they don't go out with anyone and follow her around and stuff. ETA: she has also already had her first kiss

and 2 of my cousins who are in middle school(more like 5-6 yrs younger than me) both had boyfriends

and on the other hand- I hate never been asked on a date (and have never had my first kiss)

HR, I wish I didn't rush to have a boyfriend the end of my sophomore year of high school. It was just because I found out he liked me, so I started liking him. Then he ended up making me cry a whole bunch of times, and my mom kept telling me to leave him, but I kept justifying his actions and basically sticking up for him. Turned out that he's a cheater and a liar, and like I said before, antagonist was born from him. I broke up with him just 4 months ago. And to top it all off the girl "bragged" about having sex with him.. yeah, I wanted to put her into my novel too, but I'd feel way too mean anyway. I think they are still together.

ETA: Relationships are overrated. I kind of want to stay single for awhile.

On a less somber note, my academic advisor is a "romance specialist"!!! He teaches romance literature classes at my school and he got a grant from RWA! I am also meeting with him tomorrow, but it's weird because I would like to talk to him about the romance stuff, but he might think I was stalking him on the internet! HAHA

Okay, so I guess I can mention it because what he teaches are listed on his page where his contact information is. Of course I had to get his contact info right? So maybe I could start the conversation with that lol. He seriously seems like a cool guy. And isn't it sooo weird how I got him for my advisor since I'm a romance writer?! I AM AMAZED!

1. Marry your cousin (ignore that icky feeling, it's cool. Also ignore that third eye your child is born with).

2. Watch your cousin die (mourning is not optional. Alcoholism is a must).

3. Write sappy poems about her for the rest of your life.

oh, just a little bit of my opinion that sounds just a tad bit like 13 Reasons Why. But what do I know? Just my two cents.

And, I hated 13 Reasons Why. It was badly written, and the plot was so loose and confusing. Was I the only one that found that book bad.

ETA: But that doesn't mean After Cameron looks awesome.

I had my thing scheduled last night for 3PM, but when I got to school I was like "IT NEEDS TO GO ON EARLIER." So began my saga of trying to find a computer that didn't block blogspot.com. They all did, but none of them blocked blogger.com (wth), which I realized around 12 in English class. Posted. haha
