I am working on mastering the Subtle Slap Behind The Scenes. My IC-W likes to make Big Plans that mean more work for me, a lot of it done on my own time. I am altering the plans to make the work easier and more to my liking (and probably more to a lot of others' liking, including the coordinator-person). 'Cause we don't work on the same days most of the time and she has her own specialty to keep her busy, it should go over all right. So she huffs a bit; I placate her with a big bottle of olive oil (trust me...).
